The on-site measurement and assessment for quoted work is free. Repair call-outs carry a service fee, which we tell you when you book rather than on the day.
Repair work is often scheduled within a few days, and urgent glass and security issues sooner. Call and we will tell you honestly what the week looks like.
No. A large share of what we do is repair, and if a roller and a track clean will fix your door we will say so.
Yes. Most of our repair work is on units fitted by somebody else, and we handle manufacturer warranty coordination too.
